Risk stratification is too important to be a black-box score. ChironAI applies the canonical clinical frameworks (Wells for PE, GRACE for ACS, MELD for hepatic, CHA₂DS₂-VASc for stroke, others) and produces the score alongside the inputs that produced it and the clinical interpretation that the framework warrants.
