Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a ChironAI™ subscription at any time. This policy explains how to cancel, when it takes effect, and what happens to your access and data. ChironAI™ products are operated by Eve-Healthcare, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc..
1. How to cancel
Cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings in the product, or by emailing support@chirongrid.ai from the address on your account. We confirm every cancellation by email.
2. When cancellation takes effect
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
- There is no cancellation fee. Unless required by law or stated in an order form, fees for the current period are not prorated or refunded — see our Refund & Dispute Policy.
- Institutional or enterprise agreements are cancelled per the terms of the applicable order form or customer agreement.
3. What happens to your data
After cancellation takes effect, access ends and your data is handled per your customer agreement and our Privacy Policy. Any Protected Health Information processed under a Business Associate Agreement is returned or destroyed as that agreement requires. You may request export before your access ends.
