Bill founded MindHYVE.ai, Inc. in summer 2022 to pioneer the Agentic AI category \u2014 before the term agent was in industry use. The MindHYVE bet was structural: that the AI value would compound by composing cooperating reasoning specialists, each with persistent identity and domain depth, into Agentic Operating Systems for specific industries. ChironAI, ArthurAI, JustineAI, and TheoAI are the four products of that bet.
He architected the Eve-Healthcare F5/reasoner posture, the Eve-Genesis (Clinical Edition) synthetic-corpus methodology, and the Eve-Grid Azure-native substrate that hosts all four operating systems. He continues to lead engineering and clinical strategy, working directly with the institutional partners that have taken ChironAI into clinical readiness across three continents.

MindHYVE’s leadership team is organized around five functional areas. Each function owns a part of how ChironAI lands in the field and stays defensible end to end. Specific roles within each function are filled by senior practitioners with experience in the regulated environments ChironAI is deployed in.
Composes the platform.
Engineering leadership at MindHYVE is the spine of the platform. Architecture decisions for Eve-Healthcare F5/reasoner, Eve-Grid, and the production CDS and OM applications sit here. Engineering owns the substrate every Digital Employee runs on.
Owns the medicine.
Clinical leadership owns the AB 489 posture, the must-review-before-final discipline, the Eve-Genesis (Clinical Edition) corpus, and the institutional partnerships. The clinical team is staffed by physicians who have practiced in the kinds of regulated environments ChironAI is deployed in.
Owns the regulatory chain.
Compliance leadership owns the AB 489 / SB 1120 / AB 3030 / AB 375 ADMT framework, HIPAA-aligned controls, GDPR and UK GDPR posture, SOC 2 audit readiness, and the Trust Center as a procurement-grade surface.
Builds the synthetic corpus.
Research leadership owns Eve-Genesis (Clinical Edition) end to end: corpus generation, guideline anchoring, taxonomy alignment, LoRA adapter training, held-out evaluation, continuous expansion on the quarterly cadence.
Lands the platform in the field.
Operations leadership owns deployments — the work between contract signature and physician sign-on. Workflow review, EHR integration, localization, AI literacy training, and the ongoing operational partnership that keeps an institutional deployment compliant and effective.

The advisory roster concentrates on the regulatory disciplines that govern ChironAI\u2019s deployment surfaces \u2014 California workers\u2019 compensation, HIPAA, FDA SaMD pathway, clinical-research ethics, and the AI-as-decision-support framework under AB 489.
The board provides governance oversight on strategic, financial, and compliance matters. Both bodies meet on an established cadence and review material decisions that affect the institutional customer base.
